Warranty Conditions

Warranty conditions

In order for the warranty to be effective, the user must keep the proof of purchase. Only warranties registered on our website within 6 months of purchase will be valid. 10, 15 or 25-year warranty for Global Surfacing products sold on or after 1st July 2009. For more information, please read the general terms and conditions.
As Global Surfacing does not manufacture worktops, but only supplies the material, in cases where the warranty applies, Global Surfacing will supply all the materials necessary to replace the worktop, but will not cover the costs of manufacturing and installing the product.
The warranty does not cover any faults arising from the preparation or installation of the product, as Global Surfacing does not carry out these activities.
For this form to be valid:
All fields must be clearly filled in and the information must be accurate.
The form must be completed and submitted within 6 months of purchase.
Keep your proof of purchase and carefully read the warranty booklet, as well as the terms and conditions included in it.

In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations, Global Surfacing, S.A.U., with registered office at Ctra. Baza a Huércal – Overa, Km. 59 – 04860 Cantoria – (Almería) will process the personal data provided for the purpose of managing the processing of warranties and customer service. The legal basis for processing your data is your consent given at the time of requesting registration of the Warranty. For these purposes your data will be stored for a period of 25 years after the end of the commercial relationship in order to comply with the company’s legal obligations. This information will not be sold or shared outside of Global Surfacing. Your data will also be processed to inform you about issues related to the use and safety of Global Surfacing products. The legal basis for processing your data is the legitimate interest of the data controller in keeping the user informed about the products purchased. For these purposes your data will be stored for a period of 25 years after the end of the commercial relationship in order to comply with the company’s legal obligations. You may at any time exercise your rights of access, correction, deletion, objection, deletion of any/all data, limitation of processing, and transfer by post at the address indicated above or by e-mail to our Data Protection Delegate at admin@globalsurfacing.co, attaching a photocopy of your ID card or equivalent document, and specifying your request. In addition, should you consider that your personal data has been inappropriately processed, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (C/ Jorge Juan, 6. 28001 – Madrid www.aepd.es).
